Sustainable Development

"The name of our hotel ‘Garden Hotel’ evokes nature and that is why it was evident for us that we wanted to contribute to the environmental conservation.

We were certificated ‘European Eco-certificationlabel’ for the hotel in 2016. Since then, we have created the ‘Garden Apparts’ which are integrated in our approach to the renewal of the certificate in 2018.

In order to improve our ‘European Eco-certificationlabel’ we set ourselves new goals and objectives. They are:

• reducing the waste volume and ensure a better recycling.
• using substances more respectfully for the environment, hygiene and maintenance.
• promoting the communication and teaching for respect of the environment to our team and our guests.

We have an action program to reduce energy and water consumption. We choose to support local suppliers.

This action program is available at the reception. Please feel free to ask about our action plans and to share your comments and suggestions. Together we can progress towards eco-responsible trips.
